Retire360 ("the Service") is a software tool designed to help financial advisors model Social Security claiming scenarios, Medicare IRMAA exposure, and retirement income projections for educational and illustrative purposes. Nothing in this Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice. The output of any calculator, report, or analysis is informational only and does not represent a recommendation to take any specific action.
Users of this Service — including licensed financial advisors — are solely responsible for the advice they provide to their clients. Retire360 does not establish any professional relationship with end clients who fill out intake questionnaires.
Retire360, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any financial loss, claim, damage, or other outcome arising from reliance on the information, projections, or analyses produced by this Service. This includes, without limitation:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Retire360's total liability to any user is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Retire360 makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate IRMAA thresholds, Social Security benefit tables, and tax figures. However, these rules change annually and this Service may not reflect the most current figures at all times. Users are responsible for verifying calculations with authoritative sources (SSA.gov, IRS.gov, Medicare.gov) before relying on them in client-facing advice.
Subscribers to Retire360 who are licensed financial advisors acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the appropriateness of any recommendations made to their clients. The Retirement Blueprint reports, intake questionnaire outputs, and strategy suggestions generated by this Service are tools to assist — not replace — professional judgment. Advisors must independently verify all figures and comply with all applicable regulations, including FINRA, SEC, and state licensing requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. The 30-day free trial will not auto-charge without explicit consent.
Client information entered into Retire360 is used solely to provide the Service to the subscribing advisor. We do not sell, share, or use client data for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and only accessible to the advisor account that collected it. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their personal and financial information into this Service.
Retire360 uses artificial intelligence tools to assist in creating certain content, including blog articles and educational materials published on this site. AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy but may contain errors. The calculators, projections, and analysis tools within the Service use deterministic algorithms, not generative AI, and outputs are based solely on the inputs you provide.
Retire360 uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, general location) to improve the Service. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. No personally identifiable information is shared with these third parties beyond what is standard for these platforms. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Retire360 respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on our site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Service or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed alternative. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
Retire360 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
Social Security benefit projections are estimates based on inputs provided by the user. Actual benefits are determined by the Social Security Administration based on your complete earnings record. Medicare IRMAA surcharges are based on income from two years prior and are subject to annual adjustment. Tax calculations are approximations and should not be used for tax filing purposes. Always consult a qualified tax professional for tax advice.
